lltoto reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests under the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or failed KYC verification
• Suspicious activity, potential fraud, or violation of these terms
• Outstanding bonus wagering requirements
• Payment method mismatch (attempting to withdraw to a different method than used for deposit)
• Chargebacks or disputed deposits
• Technical issues or system maintenance

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility
